The rules of the room

When you activate Bunce, you agree to these commitments. They keep pricing decisions reliable for your guests and transparent for your team.

Service availability

Bunce maintains 99.9% uptime SLAs for production environments. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your Bunce account, including identity provider configuration and user permissions.

Fair usage

API integrations and exports should follow documented rate limits. Reach out if you need elevated limits for launch or seasonal demand.

1. Access & authorization

Only authorized teammates may access Bunce. You agree to keep user access scoped appropriately and to notify us within 24 hours if a credential is compromised.

2. Payment terms

Subscriptions are billed annually with invoices payable within 30 days. Downgrades are reflected at the next billing cycle unless otherwise negotiated.

3. Liability

We stand behind platform reliability, but the commercial results of pricing decisions remain yours. Both parties limit liability to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months unless caused by gross negligence.
